Fully Automated Intelligent High-position Palletizer for Stacking of 25 Kg Bags

The palletizer stacks contained materials (in cartons, wove bags, barrels, etc.) or packaged/unpackaged regular-shape items on the (wooden) pallet according to a certain arrangement automatically. After stacking several layers, the full pallet will be conveyed out for further packing or to the warehouse by a forklift. It is suitable for the stacking of bags and boxes of staggered arrangement in after-packaging process.

Features of this palletizing system:

1. Robot Encasing Machine grasps and discharges bottles by filling and discharging air of the grasping head. It puts the bottles into the case reliably and exactly by mechanical running, pneumatic and electrical control.
2. Case packing action is driven by motor with brake. By particular four-connecting rod organ, make bottles move up and down exactly and stably.
3. High efficiency: During running, the first and final steps are both slow and stable, and middle steps are faster to reduce non-working time and improve production efficiency.
4. Easy operation: This machine runs automatically and it can adjust running speed automatically, synchronous running with the whole line.
